Becky Portman

Born in 1997, Becky Portman is a filmmaker, artist, educator and writer born and raised in Columbus, Ohio. She graduated from the University of Michigan with a degree in Film, TV and Media and Art and Design in 2020. For the last three years she has been a Showrunner’s assistant on Peacock’s Killing It. She also teaches at local Hebrew schools in LA like Ikar and the Silverlake JCC, where she has taught

everything from Jewish History to Torah trope for B’nai Mitzvah. She is passionate about elevating queer, Jewish stories through her work.
