To accomplish the Dorot Fellowship’s mission ("To enliven the American Jewish Landscape"), the DFI seeks to nurture the characteristics and help Fellows develop the skills necessary to exercise effective leadership. Toward this end, Fellows engage in the Selah Collaborative Leadership Program, a series of training modules delivered throughout the DFI Program Year.
